Frederik´s church

Frederik´s church is located in Toftir on Eysturoy in Faroe Islands. People living in Toftir wanted to built a new church because the church the had beforehand was beginning to be too small for the civilians of the village. The church was built from 1992 to 1994 and established November 27. the year it was finished. The church has accommodation for 500 people and is named after Fríðrikur Petersen, preast in Nes from 1900 to 1917.
