UPDATE: MAINTENANCE CREW FULL
Since we launched the campaign on 20 February, we’ve had thousands of registrations from people of all ages from all around the world. We’re so thankful to all who have shown an interest in helping us preserve the Faroe Islands.
Unfortunately, we only have 100 places on the Maintenance Crew, and we have – sadly – closed for, not maintenance, but registration.
If you have not received a confirmation e-mail from us, you have not been admitted to the Maintenance Crew this year.
For those who have registered but not paid, we hope you will sign up again next year, as we plan on making this an annual event.
For those who have registered and paid for flights through 62N or asked for other travel dates than the ones we offered, you have either already heard from us or will hear from us within 24 hours.
We’re positively overwhelmed – a huge thank you to all who have shown an interest.
We hope this project may inspire other countries to follow suit, and to set up their own Maintenance Crews, thereby encouraging tourists to help in whatever way is needed to deal with the particular challenge/s affecting that destination.
