Animals


Pets are not permitted for stays shorter than 3 months or to transit through the Faroe Islands to another country. Ordinary pets can only be imported if you have permanent address in or are moving to the Faroe Islands for no shorter stay than 3 months.

As a general rule it is prohibited to import exotic and dangerous animals to the Faroe Islands.
